I. Single Season
- Least goals allowed per game (16 game minimum - submit goals allowed and no.
of games played)
- Goals scored per game (16 game minimum, no more than 5 goal differential per
game allowed - i.e. if game won 8-2, only count 7 goals for that game - submit
goals scored and no. of games played)
- Best differential per game (16 game minimum, no more than 5 goal
differential per game allowed - i.e. if game won 8-2, only count as a 5 goal
differential for that game or if lost 1-10 only count as a -5 goal for that
game - submit goal differential total and no. of games
played)
- Undefeated season (i.e. state champs with no loses - submit record)
II. 4 Consecutive Years
- Best winning percentage - (wins + 1/2 ties)/(wins + ties + loses) -
submit record

III. Program History (at least 10 years)

IV. Coaching
- Career Victories (submit coach name and victories as varsity coach
for an Ohio High School)
- Best winning percentage - (wins + 1/2 ties)/(wins + ties + loses)
(submit coach name and lifetime record as varsity coach for an Ohio
High School for at least 5 years)
- Final Fours (number of times coach has been varsity coach of a team
that reached final four in state tourney - submit coach name and years
achieved). We want coaches with multiple years
- State Championships (number of times coach has been varsity coach of
a team that won a state championship - submit coach name and years achieved).
