2nd game of the STRONGSVILLE INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT WITH Magnificat, Dublin Scioto, Perrysburg, and Strongsville. Magnificat beat Perrysburg 2-0 in its first game and Dublin 4-0. Strongsville will play Dublin Scioto on thursday on a game cancellation due to lightning.

Erin Lynch scored her 4th goal of the season on a breakaway beating Magnifcat's keeper over the top. Strongsville Dominated the first half only allowing Magnificat to one shot on goal. Magnificat made several key adjustments in the second half creating scoring opportunities without capitalizing.

much improved maumee team, but possession was AW 85-15%. AW 6TH shut out in last 7 games...only cleveland power strongsville (best team, by far seen this year...much more so than even walsh) has scored (and did it impressively) on AW since 3rd game of year.

Watterson scored a great goal in the 16th minute to take a 1-0 lead. Held on the rest of the game playing great Defense. DeSales played a great game. This was the Championship for the Central Catholic League, bringing it back to Watterson for the first time since 1998. Watterson keeper Rachel Tarbox may be one of the top 5 keepers in the state recording her 7th shutout. The game was one of the classic battles all involved players remember.

Watterson looked very tired from the winning effort against DeSales. Coffman is a very good team. They had the better of the play. Wattersons defense played extremely well and once against Rachel Tarbox shut out another team giving her 8 shutouts this year with the big ones coming against the #3 and #4 teams in the State.

Strongsville led 2-0 at half at went up 4-0 in the second half before Westlake took out several of their top guns. This was a makeup game from an early cancellation. Nicole Primmer, Kelly McConnell, and Erin Lynch all got their 10th goals of the season. Ginni bondi got her 12th shutout and the school regular season record.
