Beautiful shot from Jr. Ashley Elsass hit the post and was followed in by sophomore Charlotte Halliday. Sophomore Natalie Ottavio also scored on a give and go combination from Jr. Tara Witt. Allison Wroble played excellent defense on scoring threat, Vanessa Hardin, from Central.

Fitch goal by Kelly Croysdale 8 minutes into the game. Boardman tied it up in the first half. Boardman got their game winning goal on a PK with about 5 minutes remaining in the game. GK for Fitch, Kristi Brendlinger, stopped the first attempt at the PK, but the official said that she left her line a little too early and gave Boardman a second chance on the PK, in which they scored.
