By Board of Control ruling, any school sponsoring interscholastic contests in soccer must be represented by the head varsity soccer coach, assistant soccer coach, or athletic administrator at one of the meetings listed below. There must be a head coach, assistant coach or athletic administrator for the girls team and a head coach, assistant coach or athletic administrator for the boys team in attendance. Any school failing to meet the requirement will be ineligible for OHSAA Tournament Competition.
Officials who fail to attend one of these meetings will be suspended the following year and will be ineligible for Tournament assignments in the current year.
It will be the responsibility of the head soccer coach, assistant soccer coach or athletic administrator of each school and official to be in attendance within 10 minutes of the start of the meeting to receive credit for attendance. Anyone tardy more than 10 minutes or leaving before the conclusion of the meeting will not receive attendance credit.
