HAMILTON — Sammi Burton had two goals and one assist Wednesday as the Badin High girls soccer team began Girls Greater Cincinnati League play with a 3-1 triumph over visiting McNicholas.
Heather Rains added a goal and Abby Milillo added an assist for the Rams, who are 5-0 and gave up their first goal of the season against the Rockets (1-2-1). Goalie Jenny Rosen totaled four saves.
Badin travels to Summit Country Day Saturday afternoon.
Lebanon 4, Talawanda 3
LEBANON — Kelsey Sullivan scored two goals and Devi Reisenfeld added another Tuesday as the Talawanda High girls soccer team dropped a 4-3 Mid-Miami League decision at Lebanon.
Emily Greene and Tori Bartlett added assists for the Braves, who fell to 1-3 in the MML. Talawanda visits Franklin tonight.
